Procedure for use of photos and texts of the website
CCH Tours BV (part of Channel Cruises Holland BV)), is the proprietor of all the texts and photos that are published on its internet pages. Third parties are not at liberty to copy and/or reuse these photos or texts. CCH Tours has formulated a policy, for the sake of clarity, which is explained below: Copying or re-using texts whose author's rights belong to CCH Tours is not permitted without prior written permission.

Downloading and/or copying photos may violate the rights of both CCH Tours and the photographer. Photos may therefore only be reused or downloaded with explicit prior permission from CCH Tours. Clients may submit a request to download certain photos of the booked ship from the CCH Tours website when they enter into a charter contract and to use them for personal reasons. CCH will generally grant permission for this or make another photo available.

Retailers/tour operators: For professional parties, the agreements between the relevant party and CCH Tours is established once a year in the contract, including agreements related to photos and other promotional materials.

Agents: Agents are permitted to reuse one 'sailing' photo for each ship they broker for. CCH Tours will determine with the agent which photo may be reused per ship.

Associate suppliers: Maximum two photos to support tourist information/information about activities; CCH will determine which photos.

Other: Dependent on objective of reuse.
